We partner with barangay halls, community centers, and NGOs to deliver digital skills training in person — no personal internet connection needed.
Community learners use a simplified, offline-ready version of the curriculum — slower paced, more foundational, with a dedicated community facilitator trained by AVS.
Graduates receive the same AVS Certificate of Completion and the same direct path to the AVS talent network — community-placed or otherwise.
We are currently accepting partnership applications from barangay leaders, NGO coordinators, LGU partners, and community organizations in the Philippines — especially in areas with limited digital access.
